These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j33bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j33bet website located at https://j33bet.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered by the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of j33bet, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, restricted or permanently closed by j33bet for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently active on the Platform.

j33bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure or refusal to provide such documentation will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or substitute accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, j33bet reserves the right to merge or close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all Bonus Funds held across those accounts.

5.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. j33bet is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify j33bet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. j33bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

5.4 KYC and Identity Verification

j33bet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account activity patterns. Acceptable documents typically include government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable period of notice may be restricted or closed.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits made to a j33bet Account must be from a payment source owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to the Account promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the payment method used.

Pakistani users should note that references to familiar payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on the Platform are for contextual familiarity only. Their inclusion does not constitute a claim that these providers endorse, support, or facilitate gambling transactions. 6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with the Platform's minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. j33bet reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same method used for the original deposit where operationally possible.

6.3 Currency

Amounts displayed on the Platform to Pakistani users are referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for ease of comprehension. Actual transaction processing currency may vary depending on the payment infrastructure in use. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by their payment provider.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. j33bet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable platform policy as notified to Users. Any remaining balance will be returned to you upon request subject to verification.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and any other promotional incentives offered by j33bet are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, table games and live casino titles may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Bets in excess of this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the specified expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, a cap applies to the total amount that may be withdrawn as a result of playing with Bonus Funds.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

j33bet employs detection mechanisms to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine game engagement, coordinated multi-account wagering, and the use of automated software or bots. Where bonus abuse is identified, j33bet reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and close the Account concerned.

7.3 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available at j33bet's discretion and may be withdrawn, modified or suspended at any time. Eligibility for specific promotions may be determined by factors including Account status, verification level, geographic location, and wagering history.

All bets placed through j33bet are subject to the Platform's Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. The following general principles apply:

• A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted and a bet confirmation reference has been issued to the User.
• j33bet reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of suspected errors in odds, technical faults, or market suspension.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or display error, j33bet reserves the right to void the relevant bet or offer settlement at the corrected price.
• Cricket markets — including ICC tournaments, PSL (Pakistan Super League) T20 matches, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned or otherwise not completed in accordance with the standard settlement rules will be handled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable at the time of the event.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the Platform's in-play betting rules, including potential delays in bet acceptance during periods of high activity or technical constraint.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may change without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j33bet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• Registering or operating more than one Account (whether directly or through a third party).
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill.

• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, results, or game outcomes where arising from third-party data or software.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information presented on the Platform as a basis for financial decisions.

j33bet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data by j33bet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
